1. Overview
Robinson Design Co., LLC (“RDC”) provides professional website design, branding, print design, hosting, and ongoing technical support services. By purchasing services or paying an invoice issued by RDC, you agree to these Terms of Service.
All services are provided in accordance with applicable Texas law.
2. Services Provided
Services may include:
- Custom website design and development
- Branding and logo design
- Print and marketing collateral design
- Website hosting
- Ongoing maintenance and technical support retainers
Services are primarily digital in nature. Physical printed materials are coordinated through third-party print vendors.
3. Deposits & Project Payments
For projects exceeding $500, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due at the time of project delivery or website launch.
Payment plans may be offered on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed to in writing.
Late payments exceeding 30 days past due may incur a 10% late fee.
4. Hosting & Subscription Services
Hosting and maintenance services are billed on a recurring basis as agreed upon in writing with each client.
Most monthly retainers are billed on the 15th of the month preceding the month of service, unless otherwise specified in a client agreement.
Annual and biweekly retainers may also be offered under individual contracts.
Hosting fees are non-refundable once billed, except in cases of billing error attributable to RDC.
Initial service setup may be prorated. Ongoing monthly services are not prorated.
5. Delinquent Accounts & Suspension
If a hosting account becomes delinquent for more than 90 days, services may be suspended.
A $125 reactivation fee will apply to reinstate services due to required database and server reintegration work.
Accounts delinquent beyond 6 months risk permanent data deletion from RDC servers.
RDC is not responsible for data loss resulting from extended nonpayment.
6. Refund Policy
Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
Hosting and retainer payments are non-refundable once billed, except in cases of confirmed billing error caused by RDC.
7. Print Services
For print projects, clients remit payment to RDC, and RDC coordinates directly with third-party printers.
RDC manages print communication, proofing, and quality assurance.
In the event of print defects, RDC will work directly with the printer to resolve issues in good faith.
8. Project Timelines & Abandonment
Project timelines are estimates and depend on project scope and timely client communication.
Delays in client content delivery may delay project completion.
A project may be considered abandoned after 60 days of inactivity. In such cases, restart fees may apply.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact RDC at admin@robinson-design.co to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
If a chargeback is initiated for hosting services, hosting may be immediately suspended pending resolution.
RDC reserves the right to recover chargeback fees and associated administrative costs.
10. Limitation of Liability
RDC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days for recurring services or the total project fee for one-time projects.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
